By entering this environment, I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any verbal instructions or directions and accepting any implications as a result of my own behavior, including, but not limited to, removal from our membership & events and/or legal corrective action given by Bonnie & Clyde Lifestyle and their staff members, partners, representatives and/or agents of each.
I recognize that if there is any risks associated with the above described membership & event I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and further release and discharge Bonnie & Clyde Lifestyle and their representatives, staff members, partners, or agents for injury, loss or damage arising out of my use of the presence upon the facilities of the space where the Bonnie & Clyde Lifestyle membership & event/activity is being held, whether caused by my fault personally or the fault of Bonnie & Clyde Lifestyle or other third parties.
1. This is a 21 and over events.
2. Age 21+ ONLY with verified wristbands required at all times
3. Always approch others with respect.
4. No Means No - It doesn’t mean “maybe” or “ask again later”; it means “NO”.
5. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated
6. No taking videos or photos with your phone, cameras or any other recording device inside the Bonnie & Clyde Lifestyle or After Party. *** You may take your phone to the venues for emergency calls or text messaging only.
7. Illegal drug use is prohibited. NO Exceptions. And drugs or soliciting of any kind is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
8. No getting drunk to a point of getting sick. We will ask you to leave.
9. No smoking inside venues (Use allowed smoking areas only)
10. No locked doors. No locked door at any time.
11. We have the right to refuse admittance if you break the membership rules.
12. If you are an under cover police or Media you do not have the right to record or Video membership gathering events,. You must have a prior signed authorization.
13. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
